A novel La2MgGeO6 ceramic was synthesized through a solid-state reaction process within a sintering temperature range of 1450–1550 °C. By a combination of X-ray diffraction and Rietveld refinement analyses, the ceramics were found to have a pure hexagonal phase structure belonging to space group R3/146. The scanning electron microscopy images revealed that the ceramic grains were closely connected. The effects of internal (lattice energy, valence bond, and fraction packing) and external factors (density) on the microwave properties of ceramics were also studied. The ceramic exhibited excellent microwave dielectric performances, with a relative permittivity (?r) of 21.2, a quality factor (Q × f) of 52 360 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of ?44.2 ppm/°C, when sintered at 1500 °C for 4 h. The τf value of the La2MgGeO6 ceramic doped with CaTiO3 could be adjusted to zero. Particularly, 0.2La2MgGeO6-0.8CaTiO3 ceramics have good microwave dielectric properties with τf = +2.1 ppm/°C, Q × f = 15 610 GHz, and ?r = 40.3. 相似文献

The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of fermentation and gastrointestinal digestion of three kinds of fermented kiwifruit pulps with different Lactobacillus (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus casei). The changes in bioactive substances (total phenolic acid, total flavonoid, vitamin C and the viable count), antioxidant capacity (DPPH, ABTS, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical scavenging activity) and phenolic profiles (protocatechuic acid, protocatechualdehyde, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and p-coumaric acid) were detected. The result showed, compared to non-fermented kiwifruit pulp, fermentation with LP and LA had higher content of TPA, TF and VC, as well as antioxidant capacity. Fermentation with LP and the content of protocatechualdehyde, p-coumaric acid and chlorogenic acid were increased. However, after digestion, LP showed more effect in maintaining the content of antioxidants, antioxidant capacity and the viable count rather than LA. During digestion, the content of protocatechualdehyde and p-coumaric acid was increased in fermented samples compared with non-fermented samples. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and kinetic-based moment methods coupled approach is adopted to simulate the bulk copolymerization of styrene–acrylonitrile (SAN) in a stirred tank reactor. Numerical simulations are carried out to investigate the impacts of impeller speed, monomer ratio, initiator ratio, and initial reaction temperature on the copolymerization process and product properties. Particularly, the Chaos theory is selected as a criterion for evaluating the occurrence of the thermal runaway. The Flory's and Stockmayer's distributions are employed to calculate chain length distribution and copolymer composition distribution of copolymer. The simulation results highlight that the appearance of thermal runaway can be postponed by properly increasing the rotation speed, decreasing the initiator loadings, initial acrylonitrile contents and initial reactor temperature. Furthermore, significant differences exist in the product properties that predicted by the ideal and non-ideal models, which demonstrates that the temperature heterogeneity plays a crucial role in SAN copolymerization. The CO_2 sensing of PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 sensors were investigated. Experimental results show that the resistances for PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 in CO_2 gas are larger than those in air and the responses for PrFeO_3and NdFeO_3 sensors increase with an increase in room-temperature relative humidity. When exposed to1000 ppm CO_2, the response of PrFeO_3 thick film based on nano-powders annealed at 700℃can reach8.44 at 160℃for the background of wet air with 58%of room-temperature relative humidity (RH),which is much larger than the corresponding value (3.03) in wet air with 25%RH. The sensing response S of NdFeO_3 thick-film sensor based on nano-powders annealed at 600℃to 3000 ppm CO_2 at the operating temperature 200℃can reach 2.36 for the background of wet air with 72%RH, which is larger than the corresponding value (1.83) in the air with 25%RH. Compared with other CO_2 sensing materials, the PrFeO_3 sensor has larger response at lower operating temperature for CO_2 gas and may be used as a new CO_2 sensing material. 相似文献
